FL FPSP Individual Component

Florida does not have a separate Individual Component.

If a student wants to compete as an individual all year (practice problems and district competition),
they will need to register the same as a team.

There is no individual competition at the district level.

Students can compete as individuals at the State Competition and winners advance to the International Competition.

Students can be registered as an individual at  State by a coach with a competing team or by a registered coach who can bring
one individual to state even if they do not have a team competing.
